Introduction course to sparkling wines

A journey to discover sparkling wines, among the most well-known and intriguing wines, yet never explored enough.
From sparkling wine production methods to the great protagonists of the world scene, between Italian excellences and international classics, to the discovery of small niches of often unknown quality.
A joyful and sensorial journey to open the boundaries of our palate and our culture, savoring uncommon wine expressions and enriching our taste baggage with lightness and curiosity.

Wednesday 20 March 2024– Le Bollicine d’Italia

Wednesday 27 March 2024 – Champagne and French sparkling wines

Wednesday 3 April 2024– Excellent Italian and world bubbles
Meetings lasting approximately 2 hours.
Wine Communicator & Sommelier:Daniele Graziano
Participants will have a notebook of tasting sheets as an educational support and each evening will have a tasting focus in three glasses of sparkling wines chosen from among the most qualitatively significant and representative of the world’s wine realities.
At the end of the course, each guest will be issued a certificate of participation.
In case of absence, the single meeting can be made up in future editions of the course (subject to notice within 48 hours and subject to availability of places on the new dates).

It is possible to participate in individual meetings after checking availability of places.
